I think Dev hugged her to check if she also hugs him that means Rad loves him. Now he is going to give her hard time by not listening t o her.

Mrinalini will get a second clue and her suspision will strengthen

Dev will sense that Radhika actually took care of him when he was sick

If Mrin has to get second clue, then it has to be either through the pendant or if she senses/sees Rads leaving Dev's room either too late in night or early morning.
