Part 1
The episode starts with Vishaka asking Radhika what is going on here and why is he calling your name. Radhika says that I just came in and he must have seen me, that's why he is taking my name, maybe he wants something. Vishaka says that if anyone hears they will think that you took care of him and not me and will make my life miserable. Radhika then says she is leaving and to call her if she needs anything but Vishaka stops her and says you are not going anywhere.She asks Radhika to take care of Dev since she is very tired and to make sure no one sees her. Vishaka says she is going to sleep where no one disturbs her in the guest room.
In Vrindavan, Devki is talking to Shastriji on the phone and he tells her that he will not be able to come back that night. Devki tells that to Amma, Amma asks her why she didn't tell him about Dev being sick. Devki says Shastriji would have been worried but Amma says Shastriji's work will continue till late. Devki then decided its better to leave first thing in the morning to Delhi and leave a letter explaining to Shastriji.
In Delhi, Radhika is holding Dev's hands and says kyon chahte hain aap mujhe itna,jabse aapne mujhe dekha hai, kuch bhi to accha nahi hua aapke saath(why do you love me so much, nothing good has happended since you saw me). She then holds his head with tears down her face and says kohi kuch bhi keh de, sach toh yehi hai na ki main aapki PATNI hoon, kaise mein aapko dard me dekh sakti hoon (Whatever anyone says, the truth is I am your wife, how can I see you in pain?)
Part 2
In the morning, Radhika is almost asleep by Dev's bed and Dadi and Vaishali are walking up the stairs, Dadi says that someone has put an evil eye on Dev, it looked like everything was going well after marriage, Vaishali then says that a wife is a husband's biggest support but she doesn't feel that he got the support or the companionship. Dadi says but they look happy together, always smiling, talking then why do you feel so.
Radhika's hand in on the bed and Dev's hand comes over hers. She gets up and smiles. Dadi and Vaishali are headed towards Dev's room. Just then Vishaka enters the room and says get up Dadi and Vaishali are coming and then sits on the bed herself. Radhiks goes and stands by the door. They enter and ask her how he is and if there is improvement. Vishaka looks to Radhika, Radhika nods no, and Vishaka says no. Vaishali is shocked that he didn't move and they decide to call the doctor.
Dadi tells Vishaka not to worry and thanks Radhika for coming first think in the morning to help Vishaka and leaves. Vishaka says it is a good thing she saw them coming otherwise she would have been in trouble. Vishaka then asks if he said anything or moved since the doctor will ask her, Radhika says no. Vishaka then says looks like he is taking rest by fainting and maybe she should also faint to get some rest in this house. Vishaka then tells Radhika that she is going to get fresh and if anyone asks to tell them she is in the bathroom and NOT to sit close to him.
Part 3
The doctor is examining Dev and the entire family is watching. Vaishali asks the doctor if Dev will be ok, the doctor says he is surprised too and he thought Dev should be ok by now, all his vital signs are normal and says lagta hai Dev hosh mein hi nahi aana chahta (looks like he doesn't want to wake up). The doctor then asks if anything happened in Haridwar, but Vishaka says as far she she knows, Dev went to the garden and got wet and she only bought him inside, then says Radhika was with me, Radhika tell the doctor. Mrinalini then interrupts saying ofcourse Radhika knows, she is always with you. Mrinalini taunts Vishaka saying maybe you guys don't understand since it's your first time leaving for another place and since Dev fell sick, these questions are being asked to you. Dadi then Mrinalini that Choti Bahu has said whatever she remembers, the rest Dev will tell us when he gets up.
The doctor says that Dev should get up by evening or there is a risk of clotting in the brain and he should be shifted in the hospital. Just then Amma and Devki comes in asking how daamad babu is. Amma then tells Dadi not to worry, everything will be ok. Deepika tells Amma good you came, choti bahu was felling lonely. Mrinalini then tells deepika what are you saying the whole family is standing here ready to help Choti bahu and to top it all she has also been given a personal assistant (as in Radhika), so how is she lonely. Vaishali then asks where is Shatriji, Devki says he is busy till evening. The doctor leaves and asks for regular updates on Dev's health.
Dadi says if Shastriji were here, i would have asked him for a solution, then Arjun whispers in Mrinalini's ear that what the doctor could not do that shahstiji can do, Mrinalini is upset and says that all choti bahu's family members will be treated well, so watch.Amma suggests doing a MahaMritunjay jhaap/prayer and that Shastriji would have suggested the same. Dadi then asks Birju to go get the panditji. Mrinalini whispers to Arjun that they will also be asked to sit in this prayer. Deepika says she will make preparations for the puja and asks if everyone will sit in the puja. Dadi asks everyone to leave with the exception of Choti Bahu. Vishaka then asks Radhika to stay but Amma takes Radhika away saying there is no need of her there.
Devki then asks Radhika to tell her what happened in Hardwar.Devki asks if Dev & Vishaka fought but Radhika nods no. Amma also asks her why he didn't agree and asks Radhika didn't you tell him that the second pheras were for their wellbeing. Devki says before I thought only Vishaka wasn't happy with this marraige but now it seems as if even Dev isn't happy. Radhika then says no, nothing like that. Amma then asks Radhika to sit down and asks her I hope you didn't open you mouth that you did the pheras and not Vishaka, Radhika nods no. Devki then tells Amma to speak softly, just then someone knocks on their door (they are all in Radhika's room).Birju is at the door and says all preparations for the puja are ready and Dadi has called everyone, Devki replies that they will come, in the meantime please call Vishaka and tell her to take the water from the puja and go back and sit next to Dev.
Part 4
The puja begins with all the priests in the living room, Dadi tells Vishaka to go back to Dev's room. Vishaka asks Radhika to come with her from the puja. They both come to Dev's room and Vishaka says that he is least bothered that the whole house is worried because of him, he is still laying there. Vishaka then says she is going to sleep in the guests room and leaves Radhika behind.
Everyone is praying at the puja, Radhika is sitting by Dev's side and holds his hand in hers. Meanwhile the priest gives Dadi the prayer Vibhooti(sacred ash) from the puja and says that if a wife puts it on her husband's forehead as part of her prayer for him, her husband will definitely get better. Dadi then tells Birju to give it to choti Bahu and to put it her with her hand on his forehead. Birju enter's Dev room calling for Vishaka, Radhika quickly removes her hand from dev's and stands far. Birju is surprised to see her there and asks where is vishaka. Birju then tells Radhika that the priest has sent the vibhoothi and explains what the priest said and then asks her to give it to Vishaka and leaves.
Radhika is about to go give the vibhooti to Vishaka but remembers that the patni has to do it and returns slowly to the bed starts applying the vibhooti on Dev's head (she is actually sitting fully on the bed this time). Her tears slowly drop down onto his face, his eyes blink and he opens his eyes and he looks at her. THEY BOTH LOOK AT EACH OTHER AND HE SLOWLY TAKES HIS HAND IN HIS AND PUTS IT ON HIS HEART and says main jhanta tha main jhab bhi aakhein kholoonga, to tum mere saamne hogi (I knew that whenever I opened my eyes, that you will be in front of me), ek vaada karogi, mujhe kabhi chodke mat jaana (promise me you will never leave me) and tears drop down his eyes. Then Radhika says main vaada karti hoon main aapko chodke kabi nahi jaaoongi (I promise you I will never leave you)
