Priyanka Mishra, who plays Vishakha on Choti Bahu (Zee TV), recently moved from her old flat in Matunga. She's now renting a place in Malad, which makes it easier for her to travel to her shoots.
THE actress, who lives alone, says, "I shifted to this new 1 BHK flat at Bhoomi Park in Malad West 10 days ago. I was staying in Matunga earlier but as our set is in Malad, it was very difficult for me to travel. Getting from Matunga to the set would take me one hour. This was the main reason I wanted to shift."
Priyanka's cousin stays in Bhoomi Park and he was the one who recommended that she move to the apartment. She adds, "It is a beautiful place and all the amenities are there including a club house, good water and electricity supply, a park and good security."
As for the view, she says, "The club is right below my house and there's a beautiful garden which is visible from my hall. There is 24 hours security and a very beautiful campus. Most importantly, the set is very near so I don't have to do much traveling."
Priyanka's new flat is just a stepping stone to her dream house, which she has already planned out in her head. She describes it, saying, "I am not very particular about the interiors but one thing is for sure: my house should be very spacious. The windows will have long curtains that will flow with the breeze. I should have a small balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains so that I can see the sun rising every morning through those mountains."
And being very religious, Priyanka adds another must-have to her perfect home, saying, "I do puja every morning so I'll definitely have a pooja room of marble. I am a big devotee of Sai Baba and I've even visited Shirdi twice. I truly believe that he is there with me all the time, so there'll be a big murti of Sai Baba too."
The actress plans to buy her own home next year.
