Written Update 27th February 2009

Announcement: Hey everyone, I am going to be less active on I-F for the next two weeks due to my exam. So i've designated updaters for Monday/Tuesday. But the updates might be late.. be patient and don't open topics for updates. If there is any problems otherwise plz PM me. I'll be checking my PMs (but replies might be late).

Dev is telling Vish's family to come with him so that they can see off Vish to Delhi and Amma agrees as it will give her more time to spend with her granddaughter.

Amma tells Dev and Birju to eat the food as Vish has made it herself. Brij Mohan is not happy to hear that lie. Dev doesn't eat and just looks at Vish.. so Birju says he is hungry and will eat. Nandu walks in and asks "where is didi". Devki tells him that she went to Mandir and Nandu walks away. Birju goes after him and asks him if he recognizes him. Nandu says he is Birju the guy who talked to him a lot and he likes him. Birju tells Nandu that they are all leaving for Delhi with Vishakha.

Dev asks permission to talk to Vishakha alone and Brij Mohan says ofcourse since she is your wife. Dev goes into a room with Vish and closes the door. Vish starts her good-wife drama. She says "I know what you want to say.. that this marriage is over and you don't want to take me back. This marriage maybe a game for you but it means a lot to me..etc etc." (Silsila yeh chahat ka tune was playing in the background..reminded me of the time Vish did the Paro drama in front of Devki.. I couldn't help laughing.) Dev has finally had it with her bak-bak and tells her to shut up for a minute and listen to him. He says he wanted to ask her for a favor. He tells her that his dadi is so worried for him that she even had a heartattack and so he has decided not to show his tension in front of his family. He can't change what happened since the wedding but he can make the situation better. He promises Vish that he'll give her everything she expects from a husband.. except for love. He can't love her but he asks her to pretend for their mutual family's sake to be happy with him. He'll give her all she needs and she would have all the rights of his wife and the choti bahu of Purohit family except his love. He asks her to think it though and he'll accept any decision she makes.

Meanwhile Rads is praying in the mandir to Kanha that Vish remains happy with her husband and their relationship only become deeper and deeper by the day. Pandit ji gives her a red thread and tells her this is a special thread as its believed that Radha had tied something like this on Kanha and it was the reason that still Kanha and Radha are recognized as a couple. If a wife ties the thread on her husband, then their love will be stronger and they can never be separated. Radhika says she'll give it to Vishakha.

Dev and Vish comes out and Vish's parents are tense but Vish assure them all is good and she is ready to leave. Someone comes to inform Brij Mohan that some big-shot guy has come to the mandir and wants a pooja performed. Amma says Vish's bidai is more important but Brij Mohan says Mandir work is important too and takes leave from Dev.
Devki tells Dev that they are luckier than Raja Janak who got Ram as a son-in-law. Dev says not to embarrass him but he'll do his best to keep Vishakha happy. Amma is overjoyed to hear that. Briju is happy too and says now it time for some chai. Devki goes to make tea and Amma comes and tells her to hurry so they can send them before Rads comes. Devki says Rads doesn't know that Vish is going to Delhi tonight and she'd be upset since she didn't get to properly say good bye to her sister. Amma says if Rads cared even a little bit for Vish she'd be praying for her sister instead of trying to meet Dev secretly. She says that not just Radhika but her saaya and her name also shouldn't come in front of Dev babu. Just then they see a shadow near the door and its Dev. END.

Precap: Radhika comes home and asks Nandu where everyone is and Nandu tells her everyone went to see off Vishakha as she is going to Delhi. Radhika is upset says she brought the thread for Dev.
