could anyone please tell me what they use for their body scrub ?

I use this lavender body scrub from De-luxe, it smells good and it's stronger than some of the scrubs on the market. It softens the skin and also takes off the skin flakes, leaving the surface smooth. Oh yeah, and it's cheaper than most of the scrubs, I did my homework and it is well priced compared to many others even at regular price. On sale, it's a bargain.
You can also make your own, it takes more effort but it is a bit cheaper. They have salt and sugar scrubs, salt is stronger and sugar is the one that smells sweeter.
