about murabba: it's a preserving process of fruits or veggies. if the fruit is sour/bitter, it is pricked frequently with forks & squeezed out to rid from the sour/bitter juice. then it is marinated & cooked with sugar.

about the simile: another simile -- suppose one's just get a tattoo on his body, using the painful ancient/tribal method of pricking (😵hope, he's not getting it on his ass!) & asked by a friend, "how does it hurts, bro!" he might answer, "murabba bana dala, yaar!🤢" 🤣🤣🤣
