"Yeah, I've reached India. No I haven't reached home yet" Prem replied getting annoyed with the person on the other side. "You ask too many questions Yash" He said feeling the anger rise to a point he didn't want it to reach. Taking a deep breath he steered right, on to the main road. Looking at the map he realised he was on the wrong road again. He took a U-turn only to realise he was back to where he started.
"Yeah, I'm lost. Does that make you happy?" He sped down the road losing his temper. "No go on laugh at me "He continued to take his anger out on yash. "God I can't believe.....WATCH ITTT" He screamed as he braked as hard as his legs would allow him while his hands steered the wheel in an unfashionable pattern. The car swirled and came to a halt. Out of breath and in shock he picked up his phone "I'll call you back" Prem said and disconnected the call, not waiting for Yash to say bye.
"Are you blind? Or just want to commit suicide. Can't you see the car coming down the god damn road?"
"That's what I'm supposed to ask you. Are you blind? Can't you see me walking?" The girl replied.
"For your kind information Miss BLIND, the government has made footpaths" Prem said angrily, cursing his bad luck.
"Ohh, so now you're going to teach me where to walk and where not to walk huh. What do you think of yourself" the girl questioned in an agitated voice.
"Look I'm not in the mood for all this..." He hadn't completed his sentence when his phone began to ring. "Hello" He picked the call up. Turning his back to the girl he said "Mom, yeah I've reached. Yes mom the flight was good" A smile appeared on his face that took away all the stress he had been through all day, from the delay of the flight to the loss of the luggage and finally from getting lost to nearly getting crashed. Gayatri was prem's calming remedy. Talking to her made him calm and peaceful. He didn't know why it happened but knew that it was his mother's love that did the trick.
The listened intently to the conversation and figured out that he was lost. This pleased her greatly as she thought to herself that he deserved it. Mujhse panga leta hai? Heer se? She thought to herself.
Finishing his conversation Prem turned around to face the girl. For the first time he realised how beautiful she was. She was wearing a plane pink salwaar kameez that clung to her beautiful figure perfectly. Her long hair was open and down to her waist whilst those eyes were the most innocently adorable eyes he'd ever seen. Prem stared at her completely taken back by the fact that how such an innocent face hid someone as arrogant as her."Excuse me" He came back to the real world hearing her voice.
"Look just apologize okay" She said. A confused Prem stood there. "What for?"
"What for? You nearly killed me and drove over me. After all that you're asking me what for"
"Listen you. I saved you. If it wasn't for me braking on time then you would've got us both killed."
Heer pointed a finger at him. "I know guys like you very well. You just think you're all that because you've got the most expensive cars and you think that you can break the law by driving over the speed limit. Do you think you'll never get caught? Let me..."
"Woaahh..Hold on I think you have this really bad habit of jumping to conclusions" Prem taunted her.
That's it he's crossing his limits. What does he think of himself? Who is he anyway? The son of some rich and selfish man who taught this guy no manners on how to talk to a lady. Heer thought to herself.
Coming out of her thoughts Heer just turned around and left shouting at the top of her voice. "You're such a waste of time. I can't believe i just wasted 15 minutes of my life on you".
Smiling to himself at her childishness he said "You're Welcome".
