See we are always complaining that the creatives don't have any story and they are just winging it but the creatives were so doordarshi and had planned things out so well.... that they knew one day they will show R in love with A and the way to do it would be her caress to his collar bone and that would progress to his chest.... so right from the beginning they planned his unbuttoned look.

And see how well their planning paid out. seriously hats off.
