Episode II : Thank God for Sakshi-Kiran..

Today , according to me , and strictly according to me , there were no flaws in the episode.. a smooth flow of narrative from the beginning to the end ..

The breath-taking and real locales of Ladakh where the entire sequence of Shantanu, the then king of Hastinapur meeting Ganga , the Goddess of Purity for the first time .. the mature performances by the seasoned actors Kiran Karmarkar as Shantanu and Sakshi Tanwar as Ganga just made me forget that there had already been an episode aired before this one ..

This was truly - the FIRST episode of Mahabharata.. with the story moving rapidly .. through Shantanu being totally taken in by Ganga's beauty and asking her to marry him .. Ganga asking of that promise .. and finally Bheeshma being born and Shantanu breaking his promise..

Sakshi and Kiran showed everyone why they are the best in the business !
Way to go Ekta... a splendid Episode II !
