Friends, as we have a new banner size now, which is 925*90, we have decided to go for an extension till 24th July 2008... All those who have sent their banner, please reformat it and send it according to the new size...
First Banner Contest
Its time for the Banner Contest for Saregamapa Challenge 2009.. We know its very early to keep a banner contest.. But this will be the first banner contest and the next banner contest will be held once we get into Agnipariksha (Top 14)..
In this contest, you can use only the pictures of host, the four mentors and the logo with your own creativity.. Please do not include any of the contestants as for that we will come up with a contest later...
So all the creative people out here, get started and make your section look the best 😛

Rules for the Contest
- The banner size should be 925x90 (in pixels)
- If Members make multiple accounts either to vote or make banners then they will be DISQUALIFIED FROM THE Banner Contest
- Each member can submit maximum of 3 banners
- Do not advertise your banner either through PMs, signatures or as posts. Any such banners will lead to DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE BANNER CONTEST
- The banners have to be still and cannot be animated
- Include only the host, mentors and logo and not the contestants

How to Submit the Banners and to Whom?
Please PM your Banners to srgmp*contest*
Do not post your banners directly on the forum - Banners done so, will not be considered for voting...
How to Attach the Banner in the PM?
1. Upload the banner on an image hosting site like www.imageshack.us or www.tinypic.com
2. Click on the add image button (besides ABC check..that looks like a mountain - Like This ---> ) located in upper right hand corner. An insert image box will Pop Up
3. Paste the link of the image where it says: IMAGE URL and click OK. The picture will then be pasted on your message.
How is the Banner Selected?
Banner selection will be based on Voting...
The banners received will be posted by us in the forum and members would be asked to vote...The banner with the highest number of votes, will be chosen as the winning banner...
Last Date for sending your entries is: 24th July '08
