the star who descended a month ago....

oki everyone...i so wanted to be the one to put up this thread...so even though it aint quite 2nd of july in USA yet, il put it up...its 2nd in india which is where the show is aired so that should count....

this is a thread to celebrate a month of having sukirti on the show....il be honest, i was all out to give her a chance from day one, not that i wanted a cahnge, but i usually dont have a hard time accomodating new faces.....but what she did in this past one month...WELL I THINK I WOULD HAVE BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH MYSELF IF I HAD OPPOSED HER GETTING A CHNANCE....shes done absolute wonders to the show....

her skill as an actress....she takes the cake over most female faces iv seen on indian television.....

she has that perfect naughty look, with a cute smile....when she cries its never overdone, the tears are just enough never less never more...her voice i think is perfect for the role, its has the crisp hoarseness to it, awsome to fit soft scenes....n when she gets roudy n loud its fun to watch her expressions....to be brief?(which is hard for me) i think shes a natural.....

n so...i thought we all need to congratulate her...sukirti khandpal....for fitting the shoes of ridhima not just with utter perfection....but with class, under tremendous pressure of sky high expectations....shes done a great job...from the "dosti nibhani" scenes...to the insecure girl in the kitchen...to the smitten in love dupatta scenes n many other in the wedding sequence...n the most recent....hurt in love n completely in anguish scene from todays epi n the promo....she fits them one n all.....


HERE'S TO U SUKIRTI.....OUR NEW BORN STAR!!!

ps: just a request...um completely tolerant to those who dont hold my opinion about sukirti but its a personal request to not say anything bad about her here since i would love this thread to be only an appreciation thread for her n not a poll or comparison thread...if u dont agree with me, ur opinions are still totally honored, only it would be great if u ignore the thread n dont express them here....i dont know if she visits the forum but if she does it would be awsome to let her see one thread full of nothing but good stuff for her....no offense to anyone...just a request i hope u will accept.....

i so agree with you..i did accept her from the beginnin itself cox i never wanted to stop watchin dis show n i knew if i wanted to watch..il need to like her...n from day one...she rocked at the role...n as days go bye...im lovin her more..shes definitely a great actress n as u mentioned..meetin upto so high expectations har kisiki bas mein nahin...she definitely deserves to be appreciated n i applaud her 👏 👏 👏 way to go Sukirti..We love you!!!

Awesome post...Here is a huge round of applause to Sukirti..just to have the guts to dream and take on a role where she was bound to have comparisons, bound to have hatred..and bound to have people wishing she failed.

I think she deserves every bit of appreciation just for trying and only being a serial old.

I think she deserves appreciation for being so real and innocent and giving Riddhima a whole new meaning and making the character her own.

For giving Riddhima Sukirti's touch and not copying anyone.

Brilliant choice. Perfect Riddhima for Armaan....Hope they do better and better..

PS: Creatives u chose well...Just make sure ur story lives upto to the actors u have.

I too was all for giving the girl a chance from day one and the girl has lived upto all my expectations, infact surpassed them..She was like a breath of fresh air to DMG, has given this show her emoting best and came like a gust of scented winds and smiles.. 😊 😳 Looking forward to more instances of acting brilliance from her.. 😊
