Bloom after Drought Part 1
I dedicate this SS to my dear friend Shesha who wants me to write a story taking inspiration from the telugu film Santhana Prapthirasthu.The title,the lead pair and Dheeraj are also suggested by Shesha.Naksh-Paakhi are picked up as the supporting jodi from Shesha's list of lead pairs for this story.

A young man got kidnapped.He was Virat Chaudhary.The kidnapper was Mahesh.
Virat screamed at Mahesh:Who are you?Why did you kidnap me?What enmity do you have with me?
Mahesh:It's Rajdeep Raisinghani who asked me to kidnap you.You tortured him due to which you turned out to be his enemy.Right?
Virat:I did not torture him,I just loved his daughter Anushka.
Flash back...
A girl was running on the road.She collided with Virat and was about to fall down.He caught her by her waist.He looked at her face.He was mesmerized by her sweet face.He was lost in her.She was none other than Anushka.
Anushka:Thank you.
He smiled.
Coming back to senses,he released her from his hands.
Virat:Why were you running?
Anushka:I have an extra class in the morning.My car had a brake down.I will become late if I don't reach there soon.
Virat:Where do you study?
Anushka:Law college.
Virat was surprised.
Virat:I also study there.I am surprised that we have not met there before.
Anushka was surprised.
Virat:You come with me.I will drop you on my bike.I just got down from my bike to have tea from the shop.It's done.
Anushka:Thank you very much.
Anushka sat on Virat's bike.
They reached the college.
Anushka:Thank you so much.Because of you I reached the college on time.
Virat:That's okay.What's your name?
Anushka:Anushka Raisinghani!
Virat:I am Virat Choudhary.
They smiled at each other.
Virat and Anushka became friends.
During the Holi celebration everyone was enjoying.
Virat smeared Anushka's face with colour.She felt goosebumps all over her body.
She coloured him back.
Virat and Anushka danced together for the college function,It was a romantic song on which they danced romantically without their own knowledge.

They both realized that they were in love.
Virat took a ring from the small box he was holding and told Anushka:At first sight itself I liked you.But I thought it was only an attraction.But as we became closer I realized that I love you a lot.
He knelt down before her and asked her:
Will you be mine Anu?
Anushka:In the first meeting itself I liked you as you helped me when I needed it the most.I began to like you more as I realized that you will always help me in my tough times.I also love you Virat.
Virat became so happy that he made her wear the ring on her finger.
The college got over.Virat and Anushka started practicing law.Virat started practising law under Anushka's father Advocate Rajdeep.
Virat sat near his twin sister Paakhi and her husband Naksh.
Paakhi:You and Anushka are seeing each other since college dats.I think you both should take the next step.
Virat blushed:Yes.I am also thinking about talking to Rajdeep Sir about us.
Paakhi and Naksh smiled.
Anushka gave a cup of soup to Rajdeep and told him:Dad,I want to tell you something.
Rajdeep:Say Anushka.
Anushka:I am in love.
Rajdeep:Great!Who is he?
Anushka blushed:Virat.
Rajdeep was shocked.
Rajdeep:You did'nt get anyone else to love?
Anushka:Why dad?Virat is a nice boy.
Rajdeep:But he is a middle class boy who does'nt even have parents.
Anushka:But what is Virat's fault in that if he was born in a middle class family and lost his parents in an accident?Being a middle class boy is not a defect.
Rajdeep:I will not let you marry that middle class orphan.You get that?
Anushka became upset.
Rajdeep shouted at Virat:How dare you trap my daughter?
Virat was shocked.
Virat:I trapped your daughter?
Rajdeep:Yes.Otherwise she would not have loved a middle class orphan like you.
Virat's heart was wounded by his words.
Virat:But I love Anu.
Rajdeep:Stop it and get out.You are fired.You can no more practice under me.If u don't leave immediately I will punch your face.
Virat was shocked and shattered.He walked out painfully.
Anushka met Virat.
Anushka:I am sorry Virat.I never expected dad to insult you and throw you out.
Virat:You don't say 'sorry' Anu.You were not involved in it.I will try to find another senior advocate to practice law.But I am scared to lose you.
Anushka held his hand and said:Don't worry Virat.Whatever dad does,I will never leave you.I am only yours.
Virat looked at her emotionally and embraced her.
Present...
Mahesh felt emotional hearing their love story from Virat.
Mahesh:After that Rajdeep Sir entrusted me to kidnap you and threaten you to step out of this relationship.But I will help you both to unite.
Virat was stunned.
Virat:Why do you want to help us unite after kidnapping me on Rajdeep Sir's order?
