Just repeating one comment under the YouTube video of the teaser:

"This country needs stories concerning civic sense, humanity, basic values, respect and love for other cultures and so on..."

But no, movies on religion deviding are made (and hailed?) . I won't deny that those things happen but that could be made in a far less blatant anti-muslim way.

No, it wasn't a "black swan" imo, it was the next step in the dividing endeavour through the movie medium... it is all about inciting the emotions against Muslims in general. Pointing not only the finger on o n e case but on three cases where Muslims are the culprits and Hindus the victims in an allegedly documentary style is going even a notch higher to fortify hate.

Although I know that these kind of crimes against humanity exist (and not exclusively done by Muslims), it's the purpose of those movies to instill fear...and out of fear, far too often very bad things happen. There are other possibilities to deal with this complex problem, also in movies. But t h a t would demand an openness to educate about the diversity of cultures in the unity of India in a positive way. The current politics have absolutely no interest in doing that.
