The text in Arabic is a hadith/report from Prophet Mohammed (PBUH). It says, "Do not disdain a good deed, (no matter how small it may seem) even if it is your meeting with your brother with a cheerful face."

Basically, it means do not belittle any good action, thinking it is insignificant or unimportant. This seemingly small deed may hold a lot of importance to someone or something (consistent small effort here) as the time goes by <3
