He is a Telugu himself who always praises South films but ab yeh maze le raha hain. However I wonder if Dhar has showed him some more snippets given how much praise and support he is showering on the film and given their to and fro of appreciation tweets.
Warning to Yash as well, he will have a hard time negotiating screens in North given the might of Jio which even Dharma could not stand against. Jio has tasted blood now and will not be letting an inch go in terms of screens for Pt 2. Even if Karnataka industry and distributors in retaliation block Dhurandhar pt 2 release there, it will still only dent the business by 50-60 crores while Hindi belt loss will affect Toxic by 200 crores minimum, if it is a good film. Time for Yash to be smart and not be driven by fan ego and demands. Dhurandhar as a franchise has already recovered its money and pt 2 is but profits for them but for Yash it is going to be heavy losses without Hindi market. How can Yash withstand the might of a studio owned by the wealthiest man in the country and a film that has the backing of the political powers that be alongwith the social media right wing lobby, not even considering the genuine hype and WOM of the juggernaut franchise itself. It is a lose lose for him.
