He needs to find work in the digital space. A sitcom in a "Two & a half men" or "Home Improvement" space. Bollywood won't be hiring him anytime soon. He's burnt too many bridges. Have to build the trust back up.

The problem is he is stuck on what he could have been or should have been instead of paying attention to what he actually achieved.
