I liked Devotion of suspect X though the translation could have been better. I liked None of this is true better than And then she was gone. Really unpopular opinion - did not like Pen Pal as much as it’s hyped. I found the end reveal to be a real cop-out. I don’t enjoy thrillers like that - when a paranormal element creeps in. It seems too easy, Ask for Andrea and The House across the lake are other examples. I was so underwhelmed.

I dont like such twists either, which is why I hated Behind Her Eyes. Pen Pal I really enjoyed though, maybe because I read it like a romance rather than thriller. Layla by Colleen Hoover also had a similar twist.

I already read spoilers of The House Across The Lake, so at least I'll know what I'll be getting into when I read it and won't feel let down. I have read a lot about Ask For Andrea, didn't know that's also paranormal. Gray After Dark looks more interesting.

I finally finished both The Turn Of The Key and The Crash

The twists for both of them were quite predictable but I still enjoyed reading them

The ending of TTOTK broke my heart into a million pieces but I felt it was a perfect end to the book
