There might be people who may be different normal than yours and might have different definitions of attractiveness than you. The term "most people" will also depend on the set of people you selected for your definitions. It might become a big job to consider everyone's normal and wishlist and redefine those definitions so let people live with their own sense of world.

You should request mods for an Appreciation Thread for Amal. Hopefully, then people may have less urge to peek and give you moral teachings unless they have something good to say.

I personally don't find him hot at all.

If at all people find him hot it's certainly not for his physical looks but because they dig his troubled mind, his singing, etc.

He looks are unconventional. So hot is not the correct adjective in my opinion.

He has a weak chin for example, is slow in his speech. But when he sings, it's pure bliss.

Therefore hot no, talented YES.. Toxic, haven't watched enough to conclude.
