I'm sad for her because she or no one do not deserve to get cheated on. Like you said he deserves to rot if he did cheat on her.

But sis, afaik she got a lot of hate also because she always defended Pakhi. Pakhi Didi was obsessed & did not deserve to be defended. Not a fan of Ayesha or her acting skills (or lack thereof) but they both (Aish & Neil) behaved coldly with her. Shayad yeh rumour ho sakta hai but I did see an interview of Kishori ji (aka Bhavani Kaki) saying while they didn't fight, they had a lot of cold vibes.

I can't presumed to know what when wrong in their marriage and is unfortunate and wish that this wasn't happening. Once I stopped hearing anything I thought they worked it out but I case that's not the case. As for some of the hate she got Ash is responsible for it. There were fans who was surprised about the dating rumor but were happy in that forum & SM for them, but I think the success of the show and character played with her ego and got the best of of her. Now were there people that just didn't like her and made up stuff about her yeah.

We can't assume he's cheating if he's legally separated or file for divorce. We don't want to but a stain on the other girl character. Its possible that actress Kinjal is just a friend but I feel sad anytime someone marriage breaks
