To me, Shilpa and Raj are the most corrupted people that spam people for money. Then, Bipasha, Neha and Ekta are involved with them. Any other corrupted people in Bollywood?

Raj Kundra still looks guilty conscious, While Shilpa always look happy and gay with all kinds of frauds being committed by her and Kundra together in their lives.
