When KP get married a second time , Manini's friend sees Jeeva at the wedding and that's how Manini comes to know about JK. In fact Kavya wants to tell Parth before their wedding about Jeeva but Manini advises her not to. Basically, when the JK revelation takes place, only Parth and Priya aka Nandini don't know about JK, everyone else does.

At one point in the serial when its evident that KP first marriage is going to break due to her past, Jeeva wants to confess but Kavya says no. As she does not want to break JP marriage.

Manini reconciling with Kavya takes place at Ramya Parth's wedding which Kavya stops. Atya actually locks up Manini at the wedding , since Manini wants to stop the wedding as she finds out Atya has not changed.

I don't speak Tamil, so I can't speak to exactly what was said in all the dialogues.
