Yet to watch it, will watch after Navaratri ends as the show have lots of gaalis hence.
But glad this show getting lots of good reviews and is getting popular in Netflix.

You're right, the series has a loooot of "f...s" and "a**holes" and Indian (Delhi) gaalis, but - to be honest - they have become the regular/accepted? part of the 21st century language (from 5 to 95)...and - basically - it doesn't take away from the story-content...it may just be annoying for (some) viewers.
Its difficult to see it with a family and have to watch with headphones as young children listening but ya if story content is solid then its acceptable.Originally posted by: Clochette

I noticed that Indian youngsters have far less problems with the americanising of (movie) language with its f-word-variations and other body-related expressions than the elder ones.... I got the feeling that the sound (and pronouncing) of the f-word reduces stress
I watched the show I enjoyed Lakshya Raghav Anya scenes most. Sahher was ok too
I liked Bobby Rajat Mona Manoj and Aasmaan’s dads acting too
I liked the episodes except the twist
in the last episode

@pronoiai : "Someone has to pen a full reference breakdown per scene, per nuance, and post it. This will add to the joy of this incredibly superbly made series! The prodigal son really is remarkable!"
@that_cinephile: "Honestly, I had no expectations but I have to say the first 3 episodes that I watched yesterday were absolute fun-ride! Plus, the cameos and meta-references and brain rot, I mean Aryan Khan pulled it off really well!"
Actually, I got the feeling that it must have been much fun for all those who gave input into the series... there is a lot that still can be adressed in a 2nd season...and I'm sure, Aryan wouldn't have any difficulty to get more real-life filmstars to make a cameo. I also found it interesting that some characters got portrayed by people having enough (facial) similarity to make clear who is meant (and what impression they left on Aryan
).
