I haven’t seen the first one and have no desire seeing the sequel so I’m actually glad she’s not doing it. People are going to come for me for saying this but I really don’t like the male lead. I find him extremely average and boring.

It is clear to all King film fans too. She made a Choice to work with her favorite actor..and SRK fans have been her biggest supporters today. Most BW fans have been. It is a turning point for Deepika.

It was certainly not her PR.Like I said Her haters have made her so powerful. There is win only for Deepika in this.

I don’t get how it’s some kind of a win that SRK fans support her. Every male star’s fandom has a few token female favorites, it’s nothing to brag about. They’re not buying tickets for her films, at best, you’ll see a couple of tweets in her favor, if that excites you. What she asks for and what she actually gets is pretty clear in front of everyone, just look at how she keeps getting tossed out of the big projects.

you should see if you like Mahabharata in any way. people loved it because of that only. Prabhas's character was annoying.

Irrespective of when the movie goes on floor, when it releases, irrespective if DP had a substantial role or not... being shown the door doesn't reflect good on Deepika. She is in news for all wrong reasons.

The movie also lost its value. Deepika is a huge star and a big crowd drawing factor. BigB's participation after couple of years is dicey. And Prabhas simply put is fat and unattractive.

God knows if the movie will have second part or how it will turn out. I wish the same team continued.

Yeah, that’s true. These southern blockbusters are basically unwatchable. RRR was the only one I managed to finish, and even that felt like a chore. Kalki, I couldnt last beyond 30 minutes, gaudy cartoonish action, zero storyline, and dialogues straight out of a bad school play. But if not Kalki, then what’s even left for Deepika anyway? Bhansali bhi haath se gaya, Rohit Shetty ka career khatam hogaya hai, Sharukh Khan ke mommy ke roles reh gaye hai bas.

RRR was horrible. i couldnt sit through that garbage. pushpa kalki all are same. bahubali was watchable.

I was looking forward to kalki part 2, but lets be honest if they dont have DP or some big Bollywood actor in it then they lose people like me who rarely watch south movies and watch only if Bollywood star is attached to it. So i hope they will have a good replacement for her.

On side note, this also doesnt look good on DP if news of her being too demanding keeps coming in news cycle. Its one thing to ask for fair hours but another to ask for five vans and ask producers to pay for her entourage. If thats the case, then she needs to get a reality check and stop with those kinds of demands. And if this is false news, then its about time she clarifies. She is going to lose out on good projects if this image of her continues.

Btw Kalki was average to below average movie prabhas looked like a buffoon ; only big b was sort of ok

Deepika was decent but her role felt like a special appearance like in Jawaan

Actually it’s good she has been dumped from movie ; who knows her team played this so she could opt out of this average affair

Looking at the super excitement of Alia fans, i guess she is going to replace DP.
