It’s BASEER, not Basheer

But like for the nth time, the guy’s name is BASEER, not Basheer.

Baseer and Basheer are TWO DIFFERENT Arabic names, not even remotely related to each other.

Baseer (بصير) → means “All-Seeing” or “One who has insight, wisdom, and perception.”

Basheer (بشير) → means “Bearer of good news, bringer of glad tidings.”

Just thought I’d clear it up.

The same confusion occurs between KANIKA and KUNIKA, KEERTI and KRITI, RAJA and RAZA, and so on…

It’s a pretty common name in Muslims.

Also for those namecalling is bawaseeer maybe should actually know that it is actually one of the names of Allah..so really maybe know the meaning first..otherwise am no fan of Baseer but just thought is sharing

Umm.. … He’s the winner of Splitsvilla and has also acted in a soap. That makes him a celebrity, although a minor one.

He himself is so insecure wants to change the name given by his parents to BOB etc nonsense, he lacks confident on his skin color or even hair colour. He cant even own his own accent. What's there in a name?
