It has been brought to the notice of this Office that during the course of your official duties on multiple occasions, you have acted in a manner inconsistent with the standards of professional conduct expected from a Forensic Surgeon in Government service.

After careful examination of the report submitted by the Supervisory Committee, it has been concluded that your recent action constitutes a serious lapse of judgment and amounts to professional misconduct. Such conduct is unbecoming of an officer holding a position of high responsibility in the Forensic Department.

In view of the above, and under the provisions of Rule 4(1) of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1979, you are hereby placed under suspension for a period of six months, with immediate effect, pending further departmental enquiry.

During the suspension period, you will be entitled to subsistence allowance as per the rules in force. You are directed not to leave your station without prior permission of the competent authority.

You are further instructed to extend full cooperation with the enquiry proceedings.
