Part 4
RL: Pranati is a decent girl. Why will she choose any one of you over a decent guy like me?
RK (laughing): Wah wah, Pandit ji! You sound like a marriage counselor already.
Angad (teasing): Haan bhai, Lamba saab… soon you’ll write a book: How to Impress Girls with Decency.

RL just shook his head with a small smile.
Scene — Courtyard (Morning)
One fine morning, Pranati returned from the flower shop with her basket full of roses and jasmine. As she walked into the courtyard, Reyansh Khurana blocked her way with his trademark filmy style.
RK (bowing with roses in his hand): “Pranati, today these flowers are jealous… because your smile has stolen all their fragrance.”
Pranati (rolling her eyes): “Reyansh, if you don’t move, I’ll hit you with this basket. And this time I mean it.”
RK (hand on heart): “I am ready to be hit, but only by your love, not by your basket.”

He winked and circled her dramatically.
Pranati tried to ignore him, but he jumped onto the jeep bonnet, spreading his arms like Shah Rukh Khan.
RK: “Dilwale dulhaniya le jaayenge… aur main sirftumhari dulhaniya chaahta hoon!”
Pranati huffed, but a tiny smile escaped.
RK started singing loudly, dancing around Pranati:
Ishtamallada Enikkishtamallada
Eee Thottunottam Ishtamallada
Karyamilleda Oru Karyomilleda
Ende Pirake Nadannu Karyamilleda
Kocchu Kallane Eda Eda Venda Mone
Venda Mone Venda Mone Venda Mone
Ishtamaanedo Eniikkishtamaanedo
Ninde Soothrangal Ishtamaanedo
Kocchu Kalliye Edo Edo Venda Mole
Venda Mole Venda Mole Venda Mole Che,
Ishtamallada Enikkishtamallada

Reyansh pulled flowers from her basket and tossed them in the air like confetti. He tried to hold her dupatta; Pranati snatched it back and whipped it at him.
Ayyo Ayyo Che Che Veruthe
Vazhakku Koodi Engu Ponu Nee Enne
Thanicchu Vittu Pokayaano Ey Mister
Chirichu Chirichu Kothichidenda
Kothicchu Kothichu Valachidenda
Valachu Valachu Menakkedenda
Athinu Vere Aale Nokkenam Oh Oh,
Athinu Vere Aale Nokkenam
Ishtamaanedo Eniikkishtamaanedo
Ninde Soothrangal Ishtamaanedo
Ishtamallada Enikkishtamallada

Reyansh pretended to faint dramatically, then got up again, spinning around. Pranati pushed him away, but he twirled back, almost trapping her in his steps.
Eee Thottunottam Ishtamallada
Poda Kalla Lakshanam Kandille
What do you Think Of Yourself, Ayyo
Enne Fool Cheyyan Pattilla Idanjaal
Udavaaledukkum Unniyarcha

Pathanju Pathanju Pongidenda
Athinu Vecha Vellam Maattedo -(2)
Ishtamallada Enikkishtamallada

At one moment, she slipped slightly — RK immediately caught her by the waist. Their eyes locked.
Eee Thottunottam Ishtamallada
Karyamilleda Oru Karyomilleda
Ende Pirake Nadannu Karyamilleda
Kocchu Kallane Eda Eda Venda Mone
Venda Mone Venda Mone Venda Mone
Ishtamaanedo Eniikkishtamaanedo

Kocchu Kalliye Edo (Oh) Edo (Oh)
Venda Mole Venda Mole Venda Mone
Venda Mone Ishtamallada Enikkishtamallada
Ishtamallada Enikkishtamalladaaa..
After the end of the song:
RK (softly,mid-song): “Even God made you only for me.”

Pranati’s breath hitched, but she quickly pulled away.
Climax of the Song
As the music built, RK bent down on one knee, stretching out the rose dramatically.
Pranati, flustered, swung her basket at him to escape. But instead of his shoulder, it hit his foot— hard.
RK (groaning): “Aaaahhh! Mere paon! I’m dying, Pranati!”
He dropped the rose and hopped on one leg, clutching the other.
Pranati gasped, guilt flashing in her eyes.
Pranati (worried): “Oh no! Reyansh, did I hurt you badly? I didn’t mean to—”
RK groaned louder, milking the moment.
RK (suddenly looking up with a cheeky smile): “Yes, you did hurt me… here!”
He tapped his chest.
RK (dramatic): “Straight in my heart!”
Pranati’s concern instantly turned into anger. She smacked his arm with the basket.
Pranati (blushing, furious): “You’re hopeless!”

She stormed off, but her lips curved in a hidden smile that she quickly hid from him.
RK (limping after her): “Hopelessly… impossibly…madly in love with you, Pranati!”
Scene Shift — RL's Routine
While this tamashawent on, RL quietly jogged his usual path. As always, he stopped at Pranati’s stall, bought flowers, and gave them to the little girl outside the bungalow.
The little girl ran inside with the bouquet. A balcony opened — a graceful lady, Aradhana, received the flowers with a smile.

RL walked away, his heart heavy with feelings he still couldn’t confess to Pranati… unaware destiny was writing a different love story for him.
Scene — Pihu &Angad
Meanwhile, Pihu was trying to study accounts in the courtyard. Angad sneaked up behind her and dropped pebbles on her notebook.
Pihu (irritated): “Angad! Can’t you leave me alone for one second?”
Angad (grinning): “Not possible. My heart says I must irritate you24/7.”
Pihu: “Then I’ll hit you with this book!”
Angad: “Hit me, Pihu. But don’t hit my poor kidney stones. They’re already suffering!”
Pihu (suspicious): “Kidney stones again? You faker! You said the same thing yesterday to skip class.”
Angad (clutching his stomach, acting weak): “True love and kidney stones come uninvited, Pihu ji.”

Pihu burst out laughing despite herself, throwing the notebook at him.
Angad caught it and winked.
Angad: “See? You look prettiest when you laugh.”
For the first time, Pihu blushed and quickly turned her face away.
