Last year during Mussoorie track I had made a thread on how Navri uses reverse psychology and always plays victim card. Saal badal gaya, next gen aane wala hai but Navri’s trait of self victimisation hasn’t changed.. I’ll give to makers for keeping one thing consistent in her
Have you guys noticed, whenever a crisis happens, Navri is the first one to blame herself, even when the things are completely out of control and unrelated to her. Uske jail jane se lekar Maira ke kidnap hone tak Har cheez ka blame ko khud ko samajhthi hai.. Does she do this coz she’s extra guilty?
Nope. Def not. Usko ghanta farak nahi padta. Even in the current situation, she doesn’t care about Anshu’s death. Insaaniyat ke nate bhi ek baar uss mare hue insaan ko yaad nahi kiya.. neither thought about Tanya. So why does she victimises herself so much. Just so that the other person feels unnecessarily guilty and starts sympathising with her. Jaise hi yeh khud ko blame karti hai sab apna kaam danda chod ise attention dene lagte hai. And what’s the need to say tum move on karo Armaan and guilt trip him even more.. even if she doesn’t say anything Ar will support her, toh faltu ki nautanki kyu? And sociopaths like Navri need attention and sympathy like oxygen even when they’re in a middle of a crisis..
Now that she’ll be back in PH (which was again completely unnecessary) but since she wanted her position back she perfectly played the victim card on how traumatised she’s taaki sab ise sar pe rakhe and Geetu ko apne hi ghar mein uncomfortable feel ho.
