Seems like they just put cellopaper ( the transperant colored plastic wrapping paper) aajkal ke bache pata nahinkya bolte humare zamane main cello paper kehte thay jisme quality sweets wrap hoke aatinthi if it may help ) laga tha over a hollow structure
