Strictly my POV over the years of watching ITV whether regional or Hindi dramas or even OTT to an extent.

Every actor comes with his persona and style of performance. Personally I prefer to see raw acting wherein you can see the actors efforts in making the characters believable. They have to give in 100 percent with respect to their voice, their body language and their ACT. Unfortunately what we see today as acting is not acting , it's just where you are looking good and you are in. Method acting or an actor basically have to train himself or herself in every department. Your eyes , your face should be rightly expressed. Keeping strictly the actors here, you see how they modulate their act, how they use their voice, people have the habit of putting extra while acting but here is where the direction comes, a good director will immediately correct your theories, Mannat team defines of a good direction for actors and their growths. Unfortunately Lost didn't had that. You are an actor, you should be conscious enough how you perform on camera. There shouldn't be any hesitation or hiccups while giving it all in whichever scenes you do whether it's romance or emotional breakdowns or drama drama.

TV again doesn't give that time to learn which a theatre gives a platform to do it.

That's why mostly actors move or go back to theatre to learn the intrinsics of Acting and Clear Diction

Still I would say an actor should be easy to perform and without inhibitions. If you carry inhibitions then don't come in this field. Stay home or do something else which you like , but for a viewer you cannot show romancing of leads having 10 feet distance between them. I am glad that here in Mannat Adnan Ayesha don't have inhibitions to carry and that's why their chemistry comes out beautifully. I personally like Adnans acting in Mannat than what I had seen in his earlier shows titbits ,he has grown massively, same is with Ayesha, she is much much improved in Mannat , and that's what I say it's a team who helps an actor to grow.

I have innumerable examples of good actors from regional (Marathi) cinema and theatre, since I am Maharashtrian and have watched regional shows as well since childhood I can clearly have my say on Acting.

Legends say You learn till last breath and never claim you know it all, the day you say it, it's an end of your chapter.

Aaj kal method acting is rare par like you I love Ayesha and Adnan for the raw emotions which they present on screen, they fumble in dialogues but glad the director/editor do not cut these im final episode

💯 With you on Adnan and Ayesha much better than their previous outings and it only makes sense since actors do grow and learn from 1 show to the next show. There is not 1 actor who can claim they are perfect and couldn't have done a scene better and get so happy when Ayesha and Adnan echo these sentiments.

You know during lost everyone used to say Ayesha is new and learning, that is what I liked about her acting there too, she was raw and how much she worked on her voice modulation and facial expressions which she was heavily trolled for

I honestly watch and enjoy the show for the ensemble cast and primarily Ayesha, Adnan warna this is just another show on ITV. This also could be the reason for it doing well with TRP.

It is so repetitive the stuff they are showing. Week after week. Same dialogues, same expressions, same villain doing the same thing. Frankly 1.2 is mighty good for such copy, paste, rewash, reuse content.

And like you said, doesn’t matter if he doesn’t succeed (since FLs wear the pants on ITV), but at least make him possess one working grey cell at least.

Mannat continues taking out her frustration on Aish and finally in a fit of anger pushes and shoves her... repeatedly asking how can she make fun of such a grievous crime women face... Varun catches up on Mannat and is very happy to see her. Mannat tells him Aish was there and she is running away. Mannat says we need to find a lawyer to get Ani out... Varun is sweetie... he is immediately relieved that Mannat now trusts Ani and smiles wholeheartedly... he tells Mannat you can call Ani Papa... he will like it. Mannat is sad... says I should first make myself deserving enough to be his daughter.

Vik is keeping the divorce papers away, Malla spots him, asks him if there's a chance... BTS plays out... Viks tells her I never lied to you.. told you everything and you made a mockery of me and my feelings.. he tells her I am hurt but even more by the fact that I am responsible for this turn of yours.. had I not married you.. you wouldnt have done this ...

Special appreciation to Sharain here... when Vik says this her expression is like what a load of BS .. main to ye waise bhi karti.... Vik tells her toxic relationships kill a persons ability.. its better to get out of it asap.

After he goes, Malla panics, checks the papers, does her rant (BTS) calls Aish who doesnt pick up, goes to outhouse and decides to not rely on Aish and play her own chaal. She is kidnapped.

Shruti Vik convo same as BTS. Vik tries to call, Mannat doesnt pick up. He is not overly worried (bahot odd) ... Vik tries to ask Shalini but she doesnt know either.

Mannat enters and her breakdown happens. She is distraught, unable to articulate. Vik Gagan Shruti tries to console her but no avail. Keerat Neetu open their potty mouths. Vik throws angry glances at them.

Mannat finally shows the proof... in it Aish can be clearly heard saying I wont be captured... with your death, my truth will be buried forever. No one will know I trapped you in a false robbery case, that I hid the truth of your daughters birth from you... I will kill you and later your daughter.

Everyone is shocked, Vik is angry, Aish walks in looking like a wounded warrior.

Mannat confronts her.. Aish keeps calling her beta, Mannat shouts at her... Shruti ka dialogue is very very very odd... the clip they saw doesn't say anything about the assault... but Shruti asks Aish how can she blame an innocent man of such a grievous crime.... gaping loophole!!!!

Precap is Aish pleading to save.. Mannat asks who and she says Malla.. Gagan is worried and asks who has kidnapped her and she names Anirudh. Malla ka picture is shown unconscious and tied to a chair.. Mannat questions isn't she tired of lying continuously?

This track though a big reveal is hastily written I feel... Mannat went to jail as a part of Ani's plan... but never did it came out from Aish that the assault was a lie... Mannat presumed it by believing Ani's version since she understood Aish was protecting Malla.... I personally feel it should have come out too... from the horses mouth... audience knows its a lie... Mannat doesnt... she is trusting Anis version. From her perspective Aish could be telling the truth...

Similarly, what story Aish weaves needs to be seen... because apart from Malla's kidnapping... whatever Aish said to Ani doesn't have any logical reason to believe that she is innocent ... its not like Ani made her say all this... it came from her mouth... so why would SM folks believe her (just because Malla is kidnapped) makes no sense at all.... another loophole and making everyone be dumb to the floor.

Looks like Mukta wants it only to be ARS vs Mannat.. baki sab furniture....

Aaj ka episode dekh ke lagta nahi hai we will get ManVik vs ARS... not for this track . Vik might not go against Mannat... but he wont be the unconditional support we want to see... I hope I am wrong.

I dont know why we are always becoming fools. We watch the romance and think, NOW Vikrant will become the man we want him to be - unconditional love and all trusting. But damned if we will EVER get it. More fools us!

Now i hope we doubt every word that comes out of his mouth. He is just a toy. For ARS & all the cobras,present & future, to jingle & use & make an utter fool of.
