Completed Legend of the female general ..oh god i felt highly satisfied watching this show after a long time probably after kunning palace..

There are few logics that we must give up before watching this show lol 😆 like how out of all intelligent, war strategizing generals no one suspected her to be a man , her thin body structure , difference in voice etc but this show was worth our watch 👌

Actor zhou ye literally carried the show on her shoulders..her lifetime career defining role i must say..her stunts and imposter mannerisms at many places was too good ..

FL aspiring to be a general and fighting all those baddies on field was satisfying to watch,she literally slays every opponent on her own merit..this show doesnt have any ultra cringy scenes of FL,no over glorification of any character and stays true to its theme..

Must watch show of this year 💯 I would rate it 10/10

You should watch this because we both loved love like the galaxy..it is similar to it except that FL is also another ling buyi here 😆 both ML and FL are generals here and it was badass to watch..

I would anyday rate this over prisoner of beauty..

Yes it is boring and slow, as I am from legal field, so find it find, not great.

Also bhai kitna khaate the yeh log her episode mein

After quite some time, I watched a C drama,

Summit of our Youth.

The female lead went back to the past, tries to change her past life and enter Capital University, and get a better life, which she couldn't do last time.

Leads are amazing, got super annoyed with her brother's love line.

The story was so good, but as the Chinese censors don't allow time travel, it goes to shit towards the end.

Agar koyi dekhega, which I highly recommend, watch only till 18 or 20 episodes; it has 23 episodes.

I loved it, but watch Max only till episode 20.

Also, unlike many k and c dramas, it has good kisses.

But it has an age difference, it may feel weird, but think it as, as it is time travel so both are older.

It will also remind you of hidden love.

Seriously how much are they gonna eat ..

But eating also wasn't the problem..the short stories / cases dont connect ..it lacks the emotional value needed for such a script..

I read it on Google reviews that its similar to hospital.playlist ..I found it quite insulting as hp is my most favorite show🫠

There was this one scene in 2nd episode where a client was totally lost while our hero narrated the case to him, similar was my experience while watching this show 🤣

Finished watching well dominated love ..

It's a cute show, the regular trope but with a slight twist ..

The first half where the ml pursues the fl bec he feels a connection to her is quite good , he does come across as dominating , pushy & crossing boundaries but then she let's him ..

When their secret is out , n their past is revealed , there comes another twist , he forgets her again ..before that , their confrontation is good , she had her reasons to avoid him, he had his reasons to find her and bring her back to him ..she did wrong by taking a decision for both , but then , this was the test of their love ..

The second part where she pursues him is a little bit boring ..they come together they break up twice after that ..nothing looks out of place , again the reasons for both are justifiable (the story was written well ) , again he finds her , pursues her & they're together for good ..

The last few epis were really cute , their fun wedding & the child was bliss..the supporting chars were all good , so were their short love stories (again cliche but good to watch , I like happy love stories ) ..

Good one time watch ..

Totally hooked to legend of the female general ..

Already half way through it If you haven't seen it already , pl don't read further as I tend to share the spoilers..

I love the plot ..its not extraordinary but I love the fact that its more focused on the leads than revenge , politics, corruption , trauma & sleepless nights and all that ..

Somehow the sub plots in historical shows are similar..a massacre , corrupted officers, traitors , injustice , leads having a connection since teenage or childhood , the fights , lost in jungle , so on and so forth ..

But I still liked the way the story shaped up (much to my liking ) ..first, the masked lady scenes were limited to the first episode ..I thought she will continue to play her double identity but it wasn't that way .. instead , she was wronged , the life of a general which was forced upon her , it was taken away in a jiffy and she was fighting for her identity ..the gender equality angle was well incorporated ..

I liked the male lead more than ling buyi (I love lltg equally lol ) , I liked his serious demeanor, gosh he smiled after 13 episodes 😄 but very calm controlled , at the same time smart and capable ..no nonsense person ..Ling buyi had a lot going on with him & he was alone ..he had the support of emperor (BTW the emperor and his wife were my favs in lltg) ..Ling buyi was actively a general , while xio juye was exiled , he vowed to avenge the injustice but he was made powerless , he was on his own . I read a lot of reviews which said that they continued to watch for the ml alone so im hopeful in future episodes he will continue to play his part well..hes more of a supporting char to the fl while playing his part ..infact they both are the only support to each other ..

No idea how this one will shape up but with Ling buyi , there was this issue that he was on a suicidal mission yet he dragged an innocent soul , made promises of love & marriage and suddenly one day he chose his mission over her & left her heartbroken .. she had nothing to do with him, he was the one who brought her in his life & then couldn't keep up with it ..whereas in this show , she doesn't make a move on him till she tells him the truths.. inspite liking him so much & aware of reciprocal love ..

I loved the fl of lltg more than he Yan..love both the girls but the innocence of the former (also the innocence of their love story in lltg got me ) was more captivating ..

But individually I love he yan too ..she truly matches the ml ..the teasing part was so well done ..she gets him and how 😄indepndent and a strong warrior , she is the hero of this show & she plays her part perfectly .. 👌

Now.this whole girl looking like a boy , althoufh illogical *and here a lot more bec she literally doesn't make any effort other than dressing up as a boy..her voice , face , body , everyone around her must he dumb enuf * , I cud still ignore it ...in arsenal military academy , it was the same thing (the humour made up for it 😆 girls falling for her & boys too) ....but here the fl is already a general & the boring parts of training & identity reveal are skipped thankfully ..as of now all the action scenes were given to the female lead only , n i like that ..

The action scenes are a treat .. where the ml and fl are equally powerful & larger than life , how could I not like ..there was only who rules the world where both the leads were this awesome.

the last scene , at the end of epi 16, where they are on a boat was simply breathtaking . ...a lot of other visuals were also great ..loved the scene where her identity is revealed to tong tong ..how simple it was & touching ...loved their dance where she tells him the 10 truths ... rest of the review later as I watch ..

But still...I feel , shows like who rules the world , the double still remains my all time favs , none of the shows could match up to them in terms of story & execution ..
