Even though nothing in this book is making sense, their behaviour is really disgusting to me. The way they talk about eating someone's *** and stuff so casually. Ewww.smiley11

I just got a warning for writing a toxic comment. First time on IFsmiley37

Btw I think we are the most active book buddies this month.smiley36 9 pages while others are on oage 3-4

Yeah, abhi tak there's no chemistry because I think they have hardly bonded, it's all just been about killing people. But I think there is potential. Now it just depends on how the author has written the rest of the story. I'm not expecting much tbh.

Very bad writing acc to me, I'm still wondering why this book got so popular.

Iske baad I'll have to read something by an author I like and trust, apna mood theek karne ke liye. I'll probably get to the other 2 books in this series at a later time. When I feel like reading about serial killers.smiley36

I’ve got Making faces by Amy Harmon and the King by TM Frazier lined up next so will choose one of these to help me forget this one 🤣

I went and read the reviews and shocked at the positive feedback. Someone actually commented that the positive reviewers were probably held at gun point to write such raving reviews 🤣 I’m inclined to believe them

Even if the author used AI at this point, that would’ve been better to read than what she’s written 🤣 For serial killers, they’re very weird. Usually SKs - there is an air of mystery and suspense surrounding them, they’re quiet and dark, they have a solemn mood and only put up a front for others. But these two are from another planet 🤣 That accidental cannibalism was such a weird bit 🤢 Like wtf is that and how doesn’t someone realise that it is not the same meat they’ve eaten all their life

Toxic comment 🤣🤣 swear down this AI bot is infringing on our freedom of expression 🤣

Oh wow I’m shocked it’s 9 pages already 🤣

I saw that review too! I started having trust issues with reviews a long time back though. I always end up liking the books which get negative reviews far more.smiley36

Is The King also dark romance?

I definitely would rather read AI's creativity than this authorssmiley11

IF's features and additions get weirder by the day. The world is moving forward while IF is moving backwards towards the 17th century.

Yes, King is dark romance and is part of duet. The second book is Tyrant. TM Frazier does write really well dark romances, she’s gritty plus lots of smut but well written sexual scenes coz some authors can’t write those scenes properly 😂

True, but I can see about 10 books in this series

The others are duets or standalones if I recall correctly on other side characters. I’ve only read 4 books in the series, and skipped the novellas.
