She's supposed to be. But time works differently in Anupamaa-verse as she is speshal and others are not.

So she may have stopped ageing (thus being around 45 - as old as her kids) or she may have reverse aged while the others age normally (thus being around 20-25 - as old as her grandkids)

If it's not dance, it's cooking. If it's not cooking, it's dance. But these are still part-time ventures. Most of the time she is being insulted and humiliated by everyone in her vicinity, shedding crocodile tears, playing the victim, taking incorrect decisions etc etc.

She's far above being a union leader though. All the online AnupaMaids see her as an idol or even goddess, as seen above
