The other release Aankhon Ki Gustaakiyan was very dull collecting around the 25 lakhs nett mark. The collections are no surprise as the trailer itself is not watchable. The surprise here is the film was also released overseas as films at this level would generally not be worth an overseas release especially with Hollywood films domitating screens. It does not take einstein to guess that collections were horrible overseas.

No wonder when I go with the feelings the trailer gave me... I think, Shanaya has more potential and Vikram must have been a blockhead when he agreed to be part of such a story...

Anurag Kashyap and Vikrant threaten to go away but they never go.

This movie was bound to fail. They should have released it on OTT instead of theatres. Vikrant is talented but doesn't have the BO pull or star power to attract viewers to watch his movies in theatre. Shanaya anyway is a newbie.

I don't know why film makers still prefer the old fashioned way of releasing their movies in theatres and end up suffering losses.

I am glad Aap jaisa koi released directly in Netflix otherwise it too would have met the same fate as this movie.
