Absolutely correct. i have zero expectations from maira too. Today, she is applying medicine on abhira's wounds. But in future, maira will be the one who will sprinkle salt on abhira's wounds more than anyone. Like father...like daughter....

There could be 3 purposes.

1.To reveal maira's truth through him.

2.To make abhira aware of akshara's past and mentally prepare her to move on from her nalla ex (Consider this as my kp, which is unlikely to happen).

3.To support abhira during custody case coz I am 100% sure that whole gaddar family will support their laadla despite him being responsibile for everything.
