the writers are creating a morally wrong situation for Mannat, given Vikrant hasn’t explicitly said what he feels for her and continuing happily with all the elaborate wedding ceremonies.

Right? Mistress ban jao meri vibes hi aa rahi hain from the way these scenes are panning out. Matlab kitna aur beizzat karegi Neetu. Vik just becomes a mannequin in front of his mom and her continuous rants of buri nazar blah blah. Even the same from todays BTS. I hate how they have completely butchered Viks character. The only way to salvage is if they show Vik unmasking one of the witches true intentions on his own and throwing a twist during the wedding mandap.

Mannat can’t and shouldn’t succumb to all the close proximity no matter how much he affects her coz she would be a cheater cheating on her BFF. And that’s not how a FL is supposed to act.

You know these past few weeks I have realized- this production house is just whatever. Koi story nai, koi direction nai, koi kuch kharcha nai on good styling, makeup. Sab time pass hi hai. I am just tuning in to see the lead actors who I really like off screen. Their down to earth nature. I also realized how similar they are in their love for writing and reading. No wonder they became such good friends. I am only seeing scenes here and there for them. They deserved so much better. 😭

The scene where Vikrant inadvertently starts walking towards Mannat and then sees the spark, Malla's monologue is I can't go to the stage and she intentionally pretended to trip. Parallel scene is Vikrant running to save Mannat.

Do you think we will get a parallel scene where Vikrant is in danger and Mannat rushes to help while Malla stays back . Some how this scene in today's episode seemed very obvious unless I am overthinking 🤔

Sadly I agree, I had had high hopes when Adnan announced he would be working with Vikram Ghai, who he held in high regard from directing his previous long running show, but VG left the show after the Bobby track I think…… and the show doesn’t seem to have any sparkle left.

I’m like you, following because Adnan and Ayesha are powerhouse actors and offscreen wonderful people.

I am definitely not liking this narrative 😭. This is one reason I am happy Mannat is focused on ARS instead of Vikrant's marriage and is not showing any emotions infront of Vikrant. I think this was a small mercy by makers on viewers. I would have hated if Mannat confessed without knowing this was all fake which is morally wrong 😞

Wish the makers show Vikrant realizing what he has done and how Mannat would be perceived by his family and friends if she confessed without knowing this was all fake. I cannot imagine the CA Mannat will have to go through 😭

Yaar what will director do when the writing just sucks big time. Koi head or tail nai hai. It’s become like those long running Ekta shows. No style or substance. And as if this track has been some kind of a crowd puller. TRP is still stuck. So why not try something new? Coz they severely lack in grey cells. Kahan Adnan was doing something as fine and sophisticated as Katha and kahan this BS. 😭🫠

Edited to add- long running Ekta show ko emulate kar rahe hain but the rate at which they are going, doubt it’s going to be a long running show. :S

Vikrant's silence is something which is bothering me for a while now. This is not the Vikrant who 1st brought Mannat home , this is a doppelganger.

Mannat was right when she asked how he acts in private vs public and doesn't stand up for her in public which we have seen so many times in the past few weeks 😭. If you remember the feeding scene too, he let Neetu insult Mannat 😞 the infamous chunari scene😢, party scene 😣 .

Because they mostly stuck to the OG Turkish plot in KA (deviated & dragged it out towards the end) and created a finite story. In an IV Adnan has said they received a lot of flak and probably he himself as an actor, low trps but by the end is a well regarded show winning awards.

Here they are mincing the storyline for trps……. let’s see where the PH go with it, they may well have a plan after all.
