Jeeva does not know how to love unconditionally. Also he is a irredeemable character. He thinks writing poems and getting tattoo is love. Even if Nandini loves him unconditionally, he might find fault with her too, if something goes wrong. That's the kind of character he is.

Makers won't let that happen, I don't think kavya will move on before Jeeva. Kavya will be miserable before Parth does something drastic like taking a bullet fir her.

It would be better if kavya did not move on first. Otherwise, she will be projected as cheater by Jeeva and even that Mithun too. My guess is that he will fall for Nandini but still will hold grudge for kavya. I don't think he will ever have enough maturity to understand that kavya is not at fault.
