Someone who drugs Vikrant when he was already hurt and unconscious, continues to drug him in spite of the doctor warning her , no way will she do anything for his happiness 😭. She will infact blame Mannat for this.

However if this happens I will agree she loves Vikrant and wants his happiness even if it's 1%
