Isn't this how he was always redeemed so far? Make a mistake consciously, then cry buckets of tears and redemption done. When Abhira and Abhimaan fans have no problem with this redemption method so far, why should we ?

Lol, why should they get married? Let Geetanjali be spared at least. Abhira has had no problem with Armaan's personality and redemption so far and thus, she can continue to forgive and accept him .
