Tbh,ghum 1 gained popularity solely because of the storyline.

It was on peak.

Although the whole concept was totally copied from a bengali show,considering the hindi show's popularity,ghum got a hit peak.Otherwise none of the acting was top notch tbh.

see there are many many good shows on star jalsa .. I am a Bengali so I know .. kusum dola was a great show and so was shreemoyee and ishti kutum .. all 3 were accepted by the Hindi audience because somehow the Hindi actors did the part were getting accepted by the audience ..

there were other better shows like khorkuto , gathchora which were Trp toppers in star jalsa which were not accepted by the Hindi tv audience.. some how the actor has to convince the 📺 people to switch on and give TRP ..

many popular actors who have huge SM following fail to convince 📺 audience to switch on the 📺..

Despite the production house influencing channels to give them awards .. and countless SM fans ..

SM warriors sirf iF and x me argue karte rehte hai .. 📺 dekhna bhool jate hai ..

The show will close down .. if she leaves … the makers did a big mistake by calling the show Anupama

they should have renamed Pari ( who was anupama’s biological grand daughter) Anupama .. and recasted Rupali as a young woman )

Even now they can show pari losing weight and after 5 years leap becomes Rupali Ganguly

Show her and her Baa Bapuji ka journey to the afterlife like the Pandavas and end the show for good. Rishta is their Og cash cow anyway.

Yeah both at 7 pm starplus y murga PH

khorkuto was kabhi kabhi ittefaq .. which did not even last 60-70 episodes

and gathchora was Teri meri doriyan which was reasonably successful but not slot leader

They should’ve ended the show long back like Sreemoye. Even my parents are fed up of this show and mock it. Buddhi is still getting humiliated by her co in laws now which is just embarrassing
