Unborn baby ki koi custody nahi hoti hai. Its not a legal person. Also children till the age of 5 stays with mother no matter what and who is wrong in divorce. In rare of the rarest case father gets Custody of a child below 5. Akshara case mein yeh hoskta tha jab judge ko pta chalte uske kaand and how she miscarry 1 child and usse just phele jungle kaand etc etc. aur raaz khulte toh fake passport and all mein dono bhaiya behen jail bhi jaate kuch din 🤣🤣🤣

Also Kairav ne na usko dhoondha naa 5 saal kuch kraa ladkiya se dosti ki bus aur uske baad chillam choti bus har jagah just like Akshara.
