imagine SC trying to keep waqf act and saying how will one produce old documents.

If waqf exists (in any shape or form) why is this even a debate with Muslims. It should simply be demolished and replaced with historical structure - hain Na ?

SC is under scrutiny now .. their judicial activism is now under question too..

Oh Waqf is probably one of the worst criminal acts passed by INC. they can essentially claim any land as their own and have done so and grabbed insane amount of land all over the country. You can’t even take them to court to dispute that the land is not theirs when they use that act. I still believe it should have been deleted in its entirety and not amended
