All places of worship have the land buyed from govt, they have proper paperwork. Aise hi kahin par bhi nahi bana sakte.

Make sense. I understood. But many taking advantages and doing wrong. There was a 800 years old mosque they wanted to destroy and make mandir. Since they did not had enough proof to show I think it might had rejected in Court. This is what I am talking about.

The oldest mosque in India can be around 800-900 years made on mandirs..

Oldest temples are 2000+ years.

Use your maths and see who encroached and what.

On a lighter note if a temple which is 2000+ years old can show papers and proofs why can't a mosque.
