The leads end up together. There was a love(?) square but the leads stick together. Song Cong and Qi Qi date for a while but they broke up soon. During their reunion, in the last ep, Qi Qi was already dating (or was engaged idr now) and Song Cong stayed single. Oh yea Song Cong and Du Man kissed but that was a drunk mistake. So yea~ quite messy!!

Where did Du man come from out of all to kiss song cong..she seemed extremely studios kid..they made a kichdi out of this pentagon Qi qi is extremely immature in intial episodes..thank you,you saved my time..i will drop it without feeling guilty🫠

They both took medicine. Du Man's family is a mess. Her mother abandoned her and later chased her for money. Song Cong's mother was paralyzed below the hip and was against Song Cong studying medicine but he insisted on following his father to be a surgeon. He kinda faced this 'suddenly he isn't the 1st student in a big city' reality. So somehow Du Man and Song Cong ended up renting rooms in a basement. Poor insulation he overheard all drama between mom-daughter next door. He offered to eat & drink together and shit happened

Yup!!! Till the very end. They ended on a note that being a doctor he's too busy to deal with relationships. Or at least I felt like it. You can watch 10-15 mins of last ep since I've spoiled you everything. Basically their reunion thing!!
