As per Mannat, she's literally getting mixed signals from Vikrant. It's confusing her. Already she has a lot on her platter.
How hurt she would have been when she told Harneet, "Jo insaan bhi mujhse juda hai na, sabko chot pahunch rahi hai.."!
And not long after this realisation, we all know what's in store for her. Vikrant will collapse in front of her with a bleeding nose. This would indeed be cementing her fear. She won't be able to leave SM when he is down in such a bad shape. It is true. But, would she allow herself to be around Vikrant once he regains health?

On a serious note, Ayesha’s portrayal of Mannat’s emotions was really getting to me! 
I could not enjoy the epi as much

She was really hurt seeing Vikrant- Malla hug.

Mannat got to see the beautiful terrace.... Malla ka plan flop hua... Vikku got to see his gorgeous girl... Vikku also got to say something but he fainted before Mannat could refuse him.... Vikku fainted but it wasn't because of Mannat...
