I agree with your points. In the end, I'm in favour of taking a show as a show and realising in the end, they're all fictional characters. For example, In The Vampire Diaries just because Elena was with Matt earlier and also hooked up with another characters in the series, doesn't prevent me from enjoying the Stelena scenes in season 1, 2 and 3 or from enjoying Damon and Stefan's scenes together. And while I understand ship fans may not understand Savi falling in love thrice, at least she falls in love years after her spouse dies unlike Sitara male leads who marry parallel lead and shamelessly keep proclaiming their true love for the female lead in front of their wife.
Baaki maybe I'm not a hardcore character/ship/actor/actress fan, I may not be as emotionally invested but for me if a show entertains me, I see no issue in watching it. So if I like Savi and Neil's story after leap, I don't see any issue in watching the show.
Now this! ❤️❤️❤️
See, this is what I'm talking about... When we watch American Shows or shows from other languages, we have no problem accepting multiple partners. It's only when in ITV and specially women move on suddenly our Bhartiye Sanskar kicks in.
I liked Bhavika in MS but even then didn't tune in for Ghum 2 because I was aware of the toxic storyline. I watched S2.5 for SaiSa as I have a soft spot for mother-child bond. In the same way, others are welcome to like whichever ship/season they want to watch.
But in the end, you are using the same age-old concept that a woman is characterless or panauti which we want to leave behind. People here may think I'm taking a fictional character personally but I'm not. Because knowingly or unknowingly when you are making such memes, you are actually propagating the idea of what a woman is not supposed to do and believe me, real people get influenced by these cheap ideas.
So yeah, that's all... 🙂
What's wrong with them?! Why are they even writing such humiliating and derogatory dialogues? Questioning her self-respect without any human empathy?! Ruturaj and Leena's scenes were so despicable and disgusting. They're torturing Tejaswini like anything. Manhandling and locking her up in the room?! What the heck? The girl doesn't deserve to lose her life after losing all the love she had in the world.
She'll die without fulfilling studies and any of her or her father's dreams. She'll die without taking the responsibilities of her family. She'll die without a mother's love, a family's love. She'll die without confessing her love to Neil. She'll die without her knowing that Neil named her Aparajita and that he fell for her voice. Most tragically, she'll die with a question mark on her character. And finally, her dignity will be trod upon even after her death by these disgusting Pradhans and the incoming characters and storyline. What will they get after so much of torment and agony? This show and the channel is so miserable. I wish their shop of derision, hatred and toxicity shuts down soon.
I'll freaking lose it, if those fools mess with my Anu & Tani
