Pre TejNeil's marriage and Juhi's rishta fiasco Ghum worked, because a fan, and that too someone doing Masters in Music, falling for a rockstar made complete sense. Also, it also made perfect sense why Neil's character stuck like an odd one out when it came to Teju's preference for her significant other. Neil's obsessive love for Tejaswini was illogical but the soft fascination Neil had for Tejaswini in the first two weeks also made sense as Neil wanted to choose music as his profession but was discouraged by his family. So Tejaswini was a metaphor and personification for his repressed passion. First 2/3 weeks Ghum was so good because the characters didn't fall in love without any reason, rather their love and attraction aligned with their core personalities. But now, neither Neil nor Rutu had core personality characteristics to feel either love or hate for Savi's character because an IAS/IPS is just a different world for both of them.

I feel bad for Vaibhavi, but the show was going to end in short time anyway. That’s why I didn’t want any new actors to come to this show knowing it’s a cursed show and won’t do well trp wise for them. Saraj too only managed to get 2.3 as the highest when they were introduced to bring in 2.5 as a minimum which never happened. May Vaibhavi gets a great project soon!

So I heard from X that the makers already got the memo to off-air the show due to low TRP. People are out here hoping the show crashes and burns because Vaibhavi got replaced, but that wouldn't have worked anyway. Even if she wasn’t replaced, the channel was just biding their time until IPL's done. This isn’t some last-minute panic decision to swap people out – they’ve been in the negotiation phase for a while now. This is their last attempt. After that channel will kicked them out.

Imma claim this one cause we been saying from DAY 1 that the FL needed to get replaced and the whole storyline need to go it was straight up boring asf. Like, 2 boys, 1 girl?. Nobody cares if some character is 'masoom,' it's a fresh air for nobody not TRP-sadistic loveing aunties. They were stuck in a 1.4 for ages, then lost their slot. But nah, some were still like 'no, ghum has its fanbase, channel won't do that to them.' Meanwhile, other shows out here flopping hard, and still holding onto 1.6.
