Finally watched the last epi so can post my thoughts here :)
Again, I would say a lot of the last episode was a directorial win.....what amazing camera work with the long shots of both houses and then the WAY Talrosh were directed in the last epi....the intimacy so beautifully expressed and captured.....writing was top notch too in addressing all pending topics between them.....Roshi ka grand plan to kill Shariq and Talha ki bemusement
.....+1000 to everything and usse bhi bhadhkar itna kuch ek 30 mins ke duration main itna thoughtfully dikhana and phir bhi tiem lekar the ebauty was it never felt rushed ke ab isko bhi address karo yeh bhi wrap karo woh bhi karo nahi sab was well timed giving us time to breath to absorb to enjoy and smile so hard all along. word about the Intimacy the comfort level growing the trust and love and Most of all gratefulness at being able to be with your love.. Gosh Talha was making me so emo with his time and again ghoom ke aa jaana himself marvelling at the fact that how lucky he got with her. How much she means to him.. the way Talha ahd that absolute Humbleness at having her as his life partner jaise overwhelm ho raha tha time and again telling her how she is his light his sukoon how much he tadpooed himself in trying to stay away but couldn't help it. saath main talha se His talhaness bhi rakhni with his continous tease of how "akkalmand" she really is.. it was so much fun seeing him throwing his sarcasm bombs at his intelligent biwi usko taane bhi sunana but kitna shauk se sunana her stupid plans and then investigating more. soo cute and wholesome then all their talks on the honeymoon....each convo used to portray the deepening of their love. Pehle woh morning wala coffee convo and Talha getting emotional over Roshi being the only person he has been able to share his grief with.....and Roshi itne pyar se wiping his tears again....Dana has done that sooo beautifully in last ke epis....the thehraav that comes in Roshi when she becomes his rock anchoring him as he breaks down in front of her....patiently listening, giving him just the right words to process his grief and trauma...and ever moment just making Talha fall even more in love with her.
This scen toh made me a bit emo too esp caz i didn't expect that conversation to come up then.. it was the surprise factor thw way ek choti si baat trigger and he startsoff with koi baat toh hai tum mein jo tum kar sakti woh koi nahi.. and roshi ke toh alag hi softeness and ek tarah ka protective /comfort mode tha bohat bohat bohat pyar se kia dana ne with her itne pyar se samjhayi hui words truly marham ka kaam.. with her smiles in between to samjhao ke don't think liek that ho tum pyar ke kaabil.. i got so angry at him for belkeiving sabeeka ka bakwaas about not loving Mohid.. matlab hadh hai and yeha we know she was capable of it and yes oartly it had some truth that guilt was part of him being so sensitive towards mohid but Pyar toh tha bhai how cna u say he didn't loved him.. i just loved how roshi addressed it saying pyar main toh you have to accept all that comes along mohid's existence was never a QUestion or even negotiable for her too. the way she then kept her chin on hsi kneee aww bohat hi payara tha and him going mohabbatt karrni toh aati hai tumhe oh man that hit me right int he feelz and soooo beautifullly beautifully executed and acted again the range in thsi honemoon aloen .. AMAZING.. and we rarely get such conversations aajkal and woh bhi ek episode main. Ahad was just OUTSTANDING in this bit esp when it started and Tlah ka itna overwhelm ho jaana at her baat . dana toh khair phir bhi kha gayi.. usually am baised towards men but dana bachi toh kuch aur hi magic thi in these episodes pata nahi kya ghiol ke piya tha . ughh i can't with how she balanced that softness /naughtiness with the maturity and calmness. who would've ever expected that from rosh. oh and then him eventually callign ehr ROSHII after tellign her in detail that she is His LIGHT indeeed too. it HIT SO MUCH HARDER
Phir woh night-time convo of them cuddling together in the same shawl....lol Roshi bindaas still maaroing taane to him about Sabeeka and Shariq when he was telling her why he had pushed her away cuz he thought he wasn't worth of her.....but Roshi ke face pe woh ekdum content/serene smile as she explains to him how love just deepens with time, doesn't lessen.
usme toh lagta tha jaise yeh dono apna apna blab kar rahe but on loop ek dusre ko sab man ki baatein keh rahe kine maze se talha expressed yahan bhi ke kisi aur ki hote dekh bhi sakta tha and her too being so cute with her tauntas and bas boaht hi zyada pyara manzar tha and then proposal toh Kya hi tha bhai .. i loved how they initiated with her anyway smiling whiel facing the sea alag hi high tha she was takign in that feeling of first love and then ebign able to have it as her life partner woh jo pyar ka khumari hota hai woh toh bohat hiiiiiiiii payrse and delicately dikahooed sooo nauanced even int he otherwsie Lollypopish scenes ke yeh bhi dedo woh bhi dedo fans ki wishlist ke liye what i loved the most was yeah sure one can say wishlist scenes but none of them were thrown in just for fanservice but well incorprated to close the loops and continuing the story end main dono bache playing with the sand was just such a stunnign Visual and one that u want to frame and save forevr int eh emmeories willl always invoke that happy feeling and woh fullness as a viewer too aajkal kitne hi freeze frames can't even do that properly too. how cute was roshi flaunting her engagement ring and him actually bringing it on his own . again it was so cool na ke inki kahani ek ring se his tart hui the the first crosssover was a ring ka return itt was as if woh saari journey karke ring waapis apne asal haqdaar ke paas kaise pohnchi what an arc their too.
And finally the big beach scene for the end.....perfectly closing out the loop from the last time he heartlessly broke her there to now requesting her to accept him for life.....again, gorgeous direction with how Ahad and Dana's expressions were captured....you can literally feel Talrosh ka love in their eyes....and end mein Roshi also just plopping herself down in the sand and the pan out of the scene with the OST playing....ekdum chef's kiss waali ending thi indeed and it is near impossible for any show to manage to make the entire last epi this blissful without any bakwaas....lol kudos to the team for this feat. still so amazed at it.. at how they have not left woh kasak ke nahi yaar abhi aur dekhna tha hona chahiye tha bla bla woh jo ek hamesha rehta hai.. this one filled all the things and possibilities for the happily ever after and phir bhi gave us a full insight ke haan aisa hoga ever after woth the perfect epilogue and peak into the after shaadi life.. and woh bhi as a wholistic look ke inka saath main problem solving adjusting period bhi mila along with the fairytalish honeymoon. isse Perfect aur kuch ho hi nahi sakta tha IMO and i really do not want koi bhi season 2 Bhai fans bas kar dein kisi cheez ko uski perfection ke saath enjoy kar lia karein rather than always planning the downfall with the bakwaas farmaishein..
The OST that made me watch the show was worth it till the very end
.....SUCH a beautifully directed scene. Last ke 3 episodes mein toh direction kicked up to a whole another notch with how the director captured the expressions also....baaki no doubt Ahad and Dana also did a fantastic job of evolving Talrosh ka dynamic post shaadi.
