Those who have seen the movie must have also read the disclaimer shown at the beginning - the film is inspired by true events it's a work of fiction with creative liberty by film makers
The disclaimer should have been that it's completely fictional
.. Inspired is a stretch given that nothing that was shown happened... They could have just named any other place and said police atrocity happened here and made a movie on that... Using jallianwala bagh feels like a cheap shot
.... And god help us as scores of youngsters take this as authentic history... In my law class, one aspiring lawyer quoted incidents from rustom when discussing the nanavati case
..... Usse toh professor ne class se nikaal diya
This time it's theatre print no clear sound
Just Finished the best film of my life.
Thank you Akki, Dharma & Karan Singh Tyagi, plus whole team for bringing this truth in front of us.
I thought I knew about my history, but No. I didn't even heard about Sankaran Sir before.
Will write detailed review later.

there was no court case for the real jalianwalla bagh incident right? and the movie set up looked too modern for that era in trailer. why did he even bother asking king charles to watch it, if its not even real history
