No I don't think she is lying. In the past few episodes she was genuinely feeling bad that she is cheating on her sister.

I agree that she was wrong in not feeling bad earlier but maybe at that time she was just thinking of her love now after realizing Kiara's situation she might have changed.

If she did feel bad then she wouldn't cheat, it was after she felt that Kiara knows the truth that she is trying to control the situation otherwise she was feeling jealous of Abhir mentioning Kiara

I gave the answer for this above by editing my earlier post

Charu is just checking on Kiara because she has suspected that Kiara knows about her affair with Abhir. Charu even told Abhir to check with Kiara. He didn’t take her seriously. Charu is not feeling guilty. She is just taking precautions.

I don't understand where this guilty and sister love came from. Charu's clearly trying to find out what Kiara knows and what she's upto.
