It’s a figure of speech to say how a certain thing is against what the person who is no more stands up for. Whether they are cremated or buried, it’s not like they were going to really roll.

The expression rolling in their grave implies their strong position against what is currently happening while they were alive. It basically means Riddhima is only doing all this because her father is not here to stop her anymore. It also means she may have actually taken up Salman’s offer of doing a movie with him in the 90s before her marriage if not for her family’s objections.

Riddhima is not new to the media world and speaking to the press. She did a small interview around the time of her marriage talking about going to design school etc. When asked why didn’t she want to join movies her reply was that ever since she was a little girl it was instilled in her that Kapoor girls can do anything they want, except join movies.
